BB, CC and now DD creams!!??

So hey you guys! I seriously can't believe it. I was just reading Michellle Phan's blog and I came across a post through which I got to know about DD Creams(and CC creams ofcourse)
The makeup brand Julep has made the first DD cream which not only has SPF, is moisturising and works as a lightweight foundation, also has anti aging properties in it. DD standss for the Dynamic do all.
A CC Cream stands for color correcting. Although, personally, I haven't used it, I've read that it doesn't differ that much from a BB Cream.
A tinted moisturiser has been quite popular and is a foundation with the power of moisturisation. But frankly speaking, I haven't seen many people buying it after the alphabet creams took over. Sadly enough, the don't sell tinted moisturisers here in Pakistan. BOO.
BB Creams(beauty balm) creams have originated in Asia, but ironic that they just came to Pakistan. And on top of it, only a few selected makeupbrand sell them. The Body Shop has them, Garnier and The Etude House. Even the Maybeline ones aren't available here, even though we have Maybelline here in Pakistan.
I wonder when CC and DD Creams will be available here:(
I absolutely love BB Creams and I can't wait to try the CC! Ha ha.
But honestly, it's gonna be a bit weird if they keep working their wayin to the alphabets and reach till 'Z'
*Awkward*. And I wonder: why didn't they make an AA cream??!!
ooh, and dont forget to leave me your comments on how you're likin the alphabet creams- and if you've tried a DD/CC cream!!

Whackout

So I'm right now snacking on a Mars bar, umm, yumm! 'Cause I seem to have nothing else to do. The t.v's on and seriously you guys, there's nothing on it.except  tacky, full of conspiracies desi dramas. ugh. My summer, is going awesome, but you know everyone's had that time when you feel sooo weirdly bored.
Well, I just started a watercolor and I really wanna complete it. The base, or the background, I did quite a while ago when I was practising for my exam in May. I just found it yesterday and I was like, "ehh, you know what, I should work on this". So I did! And, don't worry, I'm gonna upload a picture of that  when I've completed it.
Well, thats it for now, 'cause I gotta movie to watch!
Ciao for now lovelies:)
P.S, nothing better than chocolate eating while watching a movie, Yummm.

High School

<a href="http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/5358991/?claim=3ve79vhudzt">Follow my blog with Bloglovin</a>
So as you guys know, my freshman year was over this May and I will be beginning my sophomore year.
So in my freshman year, I got to meet the most horrendous, hideous, ugly, disgusting and horrible people.
I cannot believe that people can be so shallow, petty and low lown and the only reason they're nice to you, is because they just want something from you. Trust me, they're not the ones who are, in any way, loyal and true or sincere to you.
Moreover, there's another category of people who label whatever they do under the tag of religion. I mean whatever they're doing, even if it's bad, under the name of religion; without even having proper and true knowledge of it.
People are not gonna show who they are, what they REALLY are, considering you stupid. I mean do you really have to wear this mask and hide who you really are?
And of course, when there's high school, there's drama. Girl drama, guy drama, all sorts of drama. No matter how much you wanna stay away from it, you'll always be talked into it. Those little *missi'msoperfects* may try to bring you down, but trust me you're much better than them and, to be honest, they're not even worth it.
GOTTA LOVE HIGH SCHOOL. 'NUFF SAID.
No seriously, I mean it. High school is a roller coaster ride for me and for everyone else too.
So wherever you are, whoever you are, jump up and give those people a little piece of your mind and show them who you are.
And dont you dare change yourself for other people!
Make sure to comment below and let me know what you think about highschool.
Have a strawberry cream cupcake from the kingdom of Olive Oil. *drum roll*
Ciao!

Bad hair days, be gone!

Uh oh, you wake up in the morning, looking at yourself in the mirror, realising that your hair doesnt look so good. The worst thing about it, you have to go to school/work. And you're like "oh man how am I supposed to go looking like this?"
Now every single one of us has been there. Bad hair days can actually ruin your mood and in turn, your day.
Not any more because this post has popped up to turn your *bad hair days* into ta ta da da : *awesome hair days*
Keep scrolling 'cause there's a lot you can do!

1. Dry shampoo/leave in products:
Now you can solve this problem very efficiently with the usage of products. But to an extent, cause I dont seem to be a huge fan of this because its not that effective. Some products actually tend to be oily in nature and make your hair even worse and oilier. But as far as leave in conditioners are concerned, they can work wonders.
2. Talc:
A more conventional way is to rub talc in the roots of your hair. This is a very effectual way as it soaks up all the oil from your scalp. Side by side, it kinda makes your hair a little dry and you cant just do it all the time. But using it NOT so frequently wont hurt.
3. A headband/barrette:
Okay now this is an extremely cute way of dazzling up your hair on a bad hair day. Not only does it make your hair look cute but also it removes the bad hair day-ness of your hair. There are tonnes of  different kinds of headbands you can get and they look super cute. Bows, flowers, glitter and sparkles and a whole lot more.
4. A Beanieee!!
Okay guys, this was the thing i was excited about all through the post. This, personally, is my favorite way. Oh Yes, a beanie it is, when you cant decide what hairstyle you're gonna wear your hair in. Not only does it look super cute but also saves you from having a bad hair day. Secondly, you can even embellish your beanies with DIY-ed (or not) ruffled, kanzashi or french and other kindsa flowers, bows and beads and stuff.
You can also keep a little box of bobby pins which can come in handy, especially for a bad hair day.

These little tips and tricks are simple, easy and so not time consuming. They can be very useful and can turn your bad hair day into a ta ta da da: AWESOME HAIR DAY!
Be sure to share, subscribe and leave a comment below and let me know what are your favorite ways of handling a bad hair day.
Goodbye and Goodluck:)

A little update

Hey guys!
It is needless to say that I took a prettty long break from blabbing on the blog, cause I've been busy with quite a few stuff lately.
First off, I've been crazy busy with school and then what? Exams have to show up and then everyone you to start studying when actually all you seem to do is be like, : *Oooh, look at that wall*

Then, we had to move and I was, as I said, super busy.

And then just yesterday I got a haircut. I got side swept bangs and I decided to go for a straight cut as I had been bored with the layers.

Now, I, Olive Oil, am gonna jump to crazy blogging.
Chao for now lovelies :)
